The owners of this 1970s home in Portland's SW Hills approached Gentry Construction for a main floor modern update. With great bones and some stunning views, the home was in need of a thorough facelift. Working with the client's designer, we provided the construction know-how and buildable design tweaks along the way.

One of our favorite parts of the project—a refab of this built-in room divider. Removed some of the vertical dividers, fabricated walnut tops and trim to match custom kitchen cabinets, and painted the rest black. Great for storage, display, and entertaining.
