Laundry room face-lift. New custom cabinets, granite countertop, and sink. Dark ground tile and a fresh coat of paint finish it all off.
Dark, carpeted closet -----> open wine room at the base of the stairs. Took the stairway wall down to a halfway to bring in more light. Wine racks and custom walnut-framed chalkboards tie in with the stairway trim. New tile and a fresh coat of paint.
