Our approach to remodels is wholly collaborative. From the first time we meet, we'll work to align on what you're looking for in a space, as well as how we can achieve the aesthetics and design you're seeking—all within the constraints of budget, timing, etc. We believe in clear communication, honest work, craftsmanship, and livability. Above all else, you can expect us to approach your project with integrity and care.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We always start off by meeting onsite to walk through the job and discuss what you desire in terms of the remodel. If you are working with a designer or have any drawings or photos, it is helpful to send these by email before the initial job walk. After we walk the job and discuss the scope of work, we produce a detailed budget and send this to you for review. Once you are confident in moving forward with us we draft a contract, start making fixture and finish selections, create a schedule, and begin work!
We are happy to work with a designer you are already collaborating with, as we enjoy cultivating relationships with professionals in the field. However, if you are not already working with a designer, we are available to produce design drawings and bring your vision to life. We provide 3D drawings and are able to easily talk through changes and make edits until you are satisfied with the space. We are also available to help make any and all design decisions, including but not limited to, plumbing and light fixtures, tile, flooring, countertops, paint, hardware, and cabinets.
